Mail Sleeve 16th c
For the right arm. Entirely riveted rings. Formed of round wire with wedge rivets. Cross joined section under the armpit. Tapered upper and forarm. Full length, fitted at the elbow and with an opening at the wrist. Very minor losses. This sleeve appears on the left in the image of both sleeves.
Weight: 3 pounds 11.4 ounces (1685g).
Provenance: Joe Kindig Jr. (1891-1971) then by descent.
